the location is very convenient for walking to major sites. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. i found it easy to access different parts of the city. the value for the money was good.
the lack of a lift made carrying luggage upstairs a bit difficult.

the hotel has a restaurant , but i did not see it open . there is a free safe deposit box behind the main reception desk. luggage storage is available at no extra cost.

the breakfast included items like fruit , cereal , cakes , and bread. hot food options included scrambled eggs and hot dog sausages. a selection of juices and hot drinks were available.

the reception staff were pleasant and offered assistance with queries. greg was particularly helpful with transport and restaurant recommendations. he also gave advice about places of interest.
